About this site
Is this the Digispec website?
No. Digispec by BrandedItems is run by BrandedItems, Inc., an authorized Digispec distributor in Tustin, California. Digispec makes the mouse pads and coasters in the USA and ships them from Las Vegas, Nevada; we sell them decorated with your logo and manage your order from quote to delivery.
I am a promotional products distributor. Can I order Digispec items at net pricing here?
No. We sell to end customers such as companies, schools, hospitals and nonprofits. Distributors should order from Digispec directly for net pricing, samples and account questions.
Do you sell single mouse pads to consumers?
No. We only sell decorated products in quantity to businesses and organizations. The lowest minimum on this site is 25 pieces (Origin'L Fabric mouse pads).
Minimums and pricing
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product line: 25 pieces for Origin'L Fabric mouse pads, 50 for jar openers, 100 for hard surface, ultra-thin and Frame-It mouse pads and for fabric coasters, 125 or 250 for MousePaper note pads, and 250 for hard surface coasters. Each product page shows its minimum as the first row of the price table. In addition, orders from new non-corporate customers have a $1,000 order minimum, or a $250 processing fee for smaller runs.
Does the price include my logo?
Yes. Every Digispec price includes a full-color imprint on one side, so there is no extra charge per color, and the design can cover the whole surface of the pad or coaster.
Is there a setup charge, and do I pay it again on a reorder?
A setup charge of $37.50 per design applies to most items ($56.25 on the 12, 18 and 24-month MousePaper calendars). Digispec charges setup again on reorders, even with the same artwork, so one larger order usually costs less than two smaller ones.
Products and materials
What is the difference between Vynex Heavy Duty and DuraTec mouse pads?
Both have the same Vynex textured plastic top, so they look and feel the same under the mouse. The difference is the base: DuraTec is odorless and latex-free and made with US materials, Heavy Duty is made with US and global materials. DuraTec also costs a little less size for size.
How thick are Digispec mouse pads?
Hard surface and Frame-It pads are 1/16" (1.6 mm) or 1/8" (3.2 mm). Origin'L Fabric pads are 1/16", 1/8" or 1/4" (6.3 mm). Barely There pads are 0.02" (0.5 mm), and Peel&Place and MousePaper pads are 0.015" (0.4 mm). The mouse pad guide has every line side by side.
Are Digispec products made in the USA?
Yes. Every item on this site is made in the USA. Product pages say whether it is made with US materials or with US and global materials.
Can I see a close-up photo or get a sample?
Ask your account manager when you request a quote. Samples and extra product photos depend on the item.
Artwork, proofs and production
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or a vector .pdf) works best. Every Digispec item is printed in full color, so photos and gradients print well too; if you only have a .png or .jpg, send it anyway and our art team will prepare it.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your design on the exact item. Production starts only after you approve it.
How long does production take?
Most Digispec items ship 7 business days after proof approval, Frame-It pads in 8 and MousePaper note pads in 10. Shipping time from Las Vegas is added on top.
Ordering, payment and shipping
How do I place an order?
Request a quote from any product page or call 800-827-2630. Your account manager confirms stock (within one business day), pricing and the proof by email, then sends a payment link or invoice.
How can I pay?
By credit card, invoice, purchase order, check or wire. First orders are paid in advance; net terms are set per client after that.
Can we use our own shipping account?
Yes. Send your carrier and account number with the quote request. Otherwise shipping is quoted with your order.
What are your business hours?
Our team works continental US hours, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific time. Quote requests sent after hours are answered the next business day.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
Yes, international shipping can be arranged. Send a quote request with the destination country and city, and we will quote shipping with the order. Duties and import taxes depend on the destination.
Replacement parts
Can I buy a replacement for a mouse pad or coaster I received?
No. These items are made to order for each customer, so we do not stock them and cannot sell single replacements.
